Our Die Technology Division, Manufacturing Division, and Quality Assurance Division with more than 40 years of experience work together to solve issues where possible. We achieve quick launches at our in-house plants including everything from proposals for product shapes and processes to the design and production of prototype dies and mass production dies, as well as the production of molded products.

We utilize our design ability and die processing technologies cultivated over the years to design, produce, and assemble high-quality injection molding dies and stamping dies.

At our in-house plants, our automated insert molding lines and hoop molding lines include vertical and horizontal molding machines and are capable of 24-hour operation. We perform process design of the optimal molding machines and manufacturing lines from the perspective of quality and productivity.

We have dimensional measuring devices such as coordinate measuring machines, functional assurance equipment, X-ray/CT scan equipment for non-destructive inspection, sub-micron level measuring microscopes, and CNC Vision Measuring System.
